Now, we’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team.


What You’ll Be Doing


As a Sales Associate, you will provide direct support to the Deputy Head of Sales in all aspects of the pre-sales process & general role support. You will maintain a highly process-driven approach to onboarding, adoption, and engagement, helping to create a smooth transition from prospect to client and supporting the Deputy Head of Sales in delivering a consistent and disciplined sales process.


Key Responsibilities

·        Manage operational tasks such as CRM updates, onboarding new trials, sales materials, and pipeline management.

·        Work across multiple platforms to support lead generation.

·        Monitor prospect engagement and usage data, identifying opportunities to improve adoption & expansion.

·        Prospect engagement, feedback & objection handling.

·        Deal execution - liaising with legal and compliance on service agreements

·        Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and client feedback.

·        Join calls with sales and ensure that any follow up points are appropriately actioned.

·        Generate introduction emails to prospective clients, tailored to their individual personas, to help them extract the maximum value from Vanda’s products.

·        Meeting scheduling & preparation.


Who We’re Looking For


  • 1+ years’ experience in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role – ideally within a data, SaaS, or financial research environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage confidently with professional investors and institutional clients.
  • Highly process-driven, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track client interactions and outcomes. (Experience with Hubspot is preferred.)
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of financial markets—positioning, flows, or macro strategy knowledge is a plus.
