Optimus Search is urgently looking for good business developers who speak fluent German and Dutch speakers to join a team that is working within the fast growing Cloud market.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify new business opportunities and target potential clients Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients Build a deep understanding of the company's products and services Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company Manage the sales process from initial contact to close Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

Qualifications: Fluent in Dutch/Flemish or German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of successful business development, ideally within a SaaS or tech-related industry Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
