Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive – EMEA

Reports To: Business Development & Commercial Lead

Location: Remote (Located in Europe)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Individual to support our growth efforts across the EMEA region. This role requires a hunter mindset, someone who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities while also nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.

You will play a key role in driving revenue, expanding market share, and positioning our advanced thermal technology solutions across diverse sectors. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a technical edge, and a proven ability to build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute business development plan for the EMEA region in alignment with company goals.

2. Identify, engage, and convert new customers across various sectors through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach.

3. Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximise retention and up sell opportunities.

4. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to uncover new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

5. Collaborate with in-country sales agents to support lead generation and opportunity development.

6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.

7. Provide regular reporting and analysis on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market trends.

8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless on boarding and customer satisfaction.

9. Maintain accurate CRM records and analyse performance metrics to optimise sales strategies.

Key Capabilities

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within technology, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.

• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing B2B clients.

• Qualifications in business, engineering, or a related field are highly desirable.

• Existing network within relevant industries is a strong advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of complex sales processes.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient under pressure.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and time zones.

• Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reporting tools, and sales analytics.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
