Are you a sales star ready to conquer London’s property market? Join us as a self-employed Sales Consultant and sign landlords onto our guaranteed rent scheme—earning an hourly rate with £250 per property. Reach milestones to unlock a full-time Property Consultant role at £30,000/year, then scale to £38,700/year with visa sponsorship (Skilled Worker visa) if needed, via Guaranteed Rent Solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Source landlords and pitch our guaranteed rent scheme (fixed income, zero voids).
• Secure signed contracts for properties meeting our criteria and earn £250 per contracted property (no limit on sign-ups).
