Our client is a global private aviation leader offering tailored flight experiences to corporations, governments, and private clients worldwide.

The role:

You’ll join the new business sales team, driving outreach and building relationships across the DACH region. From first contact to first flight, you’ll play a key part in introducing new clients to a world-class service.


  • Manage and grow a high-quality CRM database
  • Book meetings for your VP of Sales and sell memberships or ad-hoc charter flights
  • Create tailored outreach sequences that get responses
  • Engage with high-net-worth individuals and C-suite clients


About you:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong sales background (inbound or outbound)
  • Confident presenting to senior decision-makers
  • Organised, driven, and ready for a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or Salesloft is a plus
