Job Title: Junior Account Manager Location: Cheadle, South Manchester In-office policy: Minimum 4 days per week in the office for the first 6 months. Duration: 2-year fixed term Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £25,000 plus up to 15% annual performance bonus Role Start Date: ASAP The role This is an exciting entry point into a fast-growing area of our business where you’ll build real responsibility from day one. As a Junior Account Manager for our non-student groups, you’ll be at the centre of managing and growing client relationships, helping groups from global companies to passionate communities bring their ideas for incredible trips to life. You’ll spend most of your time working closely with your accounts - guiding them through the full journey from initial conversations, to promoting their trips, to ensuring everything runs smoothly for their travellers. This means developing strong relationships, problem‑solving with creativity, and becoming the “go‑to” contact they trust. The role is varied across the year, which keeps things fresh and offers constant opportunities to learn. You’ll gain experience in:
Account management and client care, supporting a diverse mix of groups and organisations Sales and promotional support, helping clients showcase their trips and achieve their goals Coordinating with internal teams to make sure every detail is on track Event delivery, with opportunities to spend time in resort during the ski season to see your work come to life
While the role is primarily office‑based, you’ll also get the chance to travel and experience the trips you’ve helped deliver – a unique perk that brings together your passion for skiing with your professional development. Responsibilities
Acting as the main point of contact for your client accounts, building trusted relationships and ensuring they always feel supported Guiding your clients through the full journey – from first enquiry, through promotion and sales, to the delivery of their trip Supporting with sales and promotion, helping clients launch and grow their trips with energy and creativity Coordinating across internal teams (Customer Experience, Operations, Delivery) to make sure every detail of each trip is seamless Taking ownership of client success by sharing resources, advice, and insights to help them achieve their goals Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves every passenger feeling cared for and valued Playing an active role in event delivery during the ski season, leading teams in resort and seeing your work come to life Spotting opportunities for growth and development within your accounts, feeding into the wider success of the team and business
Working hours Your main contracted hours will be 37.5 hours per week, based in our South Manchester office. Working hours may vary depending on the requirements of the company, such as working abroad whilst part of the delivery team. Immediate manager Your immediate manager and report will be Brad Keens, Senior Corporate Account Manager, and you’ll work as part of a small, dynamic team. Driving requirements Full UK driver’s licence (must be able to drive manual) and comfortable to drive abroad. Benefits
