The Opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy Sales Consultant to fuel our growth. This isn’t just another sales job – it’s your chance to shape high-value recruitment partnerships, support our nationwide branch network, and lead the charge on tenders, proposals, and winning new contracts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build strong B2B relationships and convert leads into lasting partnerships
• Research, analyse, and understand your clients’ pain points to offer tailored solutions
• Support branches in identifying high-volume sales opportunities
• Own the full tender process – from pitch to handover
• Defend, retain, and grow existing business

About You:

• Proven experience in direct sales or client development
• Target-driven and self-motivated, but thrives in a team
• Stellar communicator with influencing skills
• Full UK driving licence
• A background in recruitment or fast-paced sales environments is preferred but not essential

What You’ll Get:

• £30,000 – £35,000 salary (DOE)
• Company car or car allowance (£4,800–£5,400)
• 30 days holiday (rising to 33 after 1 year)

Location Flexibility:

We are flexible on location as long as you’ve got great motorway access and can get to our Worcestershire Head Office once a month.
