As a Sales Coordinator based in Norwich you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, serving customers behind the trading counter
  • Answering the phones to customers and managing the inbox, dealing with customer queries
  • Supporting the wider branch network with stock control and picking orders for customers
  • Managing a ledger of customers, being the first point of contact
  • This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between -

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Sales experience in a merchant is desirable
