You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.

- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Placement and implementation of point-of-buy materials.
- Report on activities.

More about this role
You will visit a predetermined number of independent and symbol retailers regularly. You will work closely with a Cash & Carry wholesaler in or near your territory. You will be sensitive to your customers' needs and help grow their snacking range. This role involves remote working and playing a key part in building a motivated, collaborative team.
Additional qualities
- Proven sales experience in FMCG or a passion for Mondelez brands.
- A competitive, team-oriented, and resilient attitude.
Education / Certifications
Preferred minimum of A-level education, but not essential.
Job specific requirements
- A driver’s license with a maximum of 3 points is essential.
- Comfortable driving automatic or manual vehicles.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills.
Travel requirements
Occasional overnight stays may be required.
