Description
Join Mondelēz International as a Sales Development Executive. Develop relationships with customers, optimize sales, and ensure visibility in retail outlets. Achieve sales KPIs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize visual impact and shelf availability
- Implement and monitor promotional activities
- Place and execute point-of-buy materials
- Report on activities
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
- Analytical skills
- Sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG
- Perseverance and attention to detail
Additional Information:
Visit retailers regularly, work with wholesalers, and support growth of snacking ranges. Role involves remote work, driving, and occasional overnight stays. Minimum education: A level preferred. Must have a driver’s license with up to 3 points.
