You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.

- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Placement and implementation of point-of-buy materials.
- Report on activities.

More about this role
You will visit a pre-determined number of independent and symbol retailers regularly, work closely with a Cash & Carry wholesaler in your territory, and help grow their snacking range. You will work remotely and play a key role in building a motivated, aligned, and collaborative team.
Additional qualities
FMCG sales experience is preferred but not essential. A strong knowledge of the area, passion for Mondelez brands, a desire to succeed, a competitive yet team-oriented nature, and resilience are important.
Education / Certifications
Minimum of A level education preferred, but not essential.
Job specific requirements
- Driver’s license is essential with a maximum of 3 points.
- Comfortable driving automatic or manual vehicles.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills.
Travel requirements
Occasional overnight stays may be required.
