We’re looking for a Sales Development Lead to design and deliver a growth strategy that accelerates CEC’s next stage of expansion, across both our consultancy services and our Mi-View360™ software platform.
You’ll create and execute the go-to-market plan for Connected Packaging and Accessible Wayfinding, build high-value relationships, and help convert opportunities.
Design a clear, focused and scalable sales plan for Connected Pack and Accessible Wayfinding.
Position CEC as the global leader in Connected Packaging and Accessible Wayfinding.
Unlock commercial value from new and existing partnerships.
AI-enabled packaging) to open doors and create momentum.
Bring intelligence, structure and precision to every proposal to maximise conversion rates.
Build repeatable, insight-driven sales processes that scale.
7+ years’ experience in enterprise sales (SaaS, consultancy, or digital transformation)
~ Proven success with both outbound and inbound sales to large enterprise clients (Fortune 1000 / FTSE 350)
~ Knowledge of CPG/Retail industry challenges (compliance, omnichannel, sustainability)
Familiarity with account-based sales and enterprise procurement cycles
Competitive base salary + commission (with equity potential for the right person)
