Business Development Manager As a Sales Manager BDM, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by managing and expanding relationships with both new and existing customers. This is a field-based role with regular travel to customer sites, complemented by office-based responsibilities to support training, planning, reporting, and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Regularly visit existing customers to strengthen relationships, understand their ongoing needs, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. New Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, networking, and market research. This includes generating leads, arranging initial meetings, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients. Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and grow market share within your designated territory or sector. Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales performance. Prepare weekly reports and contribute to forecasting and planning sessions. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to ensure a strategic and informed approach to business growth. Sales team training, target planning and growth Work Environment: This role is split between time in the field meeting customers and time in the office for administrative tasks, team meetings, and planning. Flexibility, self-motivation, and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this hybrid working environment. This position will be 40k Basic with 80k OTE with a company vehicle.
