Things that you will do
Deliver a world-class sales experience
Respond, engage and qualify marketing generated leads
Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
Effectively partner and work across the Vypr teams
Work closely with the Business Development Managers and Strategic Sellers to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
Schedule appointments and demos for BDM colleagues
Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
Own the first point of contact, acting as a subject matter expert on Vypr product offerings/solution development skills
Establish [MOU1] productive, professional relationships with key personnel in prospect organisations
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations
What you will be responsible for
Achieving a minimum of 12 meetings booked PCM
Achieving a minimum of 8 attended meetings
Opportunities created through SDR to add £43k Per Calendar Month
Understanding your sectors and the key selling points for each persona
Meeting assigned performance expectations
Completing required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
How you will do it
Supporting the wider sales team by demonstrating an exemplary approach to business development
Utilising the Vypr proven sales structure
Using the best-in-class software/technology at our disposal, Salesforce/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Salesforce
Working closely with the Head of UK Sales to implement agreed priorities/strategies
Creating new prospective client relationships
Undertaking a comprehensive need’s analysis to qualify and validate opportunities, before handing off to BDM colleagues
Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
Attending relevant business events when required
What you are good at
Identifying new sales
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Vypr
Strong and professional communication skills — written, verbal, presentation
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned leads
Brings new ideas to the company
Contributing fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead
