Our client is a high-impact business mentoring and networking solution, delivering proprietary growth frameworks and AI-powered sales systems. We’re looking for an SDR to own end-to-end lead generation and help grow the Sales team - from prospect research through to appointment setting - using custom sales platforms and CRM. You’ll be the engine driving cold and warm outreach, nurturing qualified prospects with VoIP calling and automated sequences, and booking discovery calls that turn into high-value engagements.
There is huge potential for growth in this role so we are looking for Sales professionals with a dedicated approach and motivation to grow out the Sales team as value is demonstrated.
1b. Position Details
- Job Title: Sales Development Representative
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Remote (40 hours per week, UK 9-5)
- Salary: £499 per month base + uncapped commission
- Location: Remote
- Start Date: ASAP
- Reporting To: Sales Director and Founder
2a. Key Experience
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, SMS and LinkedIn outreach
- Experience with VoIP click-to-call systems and real-time call guidance
- Comfortable qualifying leads via brief intake forms/QR scans at events or online
- Strong CRM discipline: tagging, task management, pipeline updates and follow-up scheduling
- Ability to hit weekly activity and meeting-booking targets consistently
- Demonstrable experience coaching, training and scaling SDR teams or sales pods
- Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems
2b. Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales platforms
- Background in coaching or professional services sales
- Prior involvement in peer-led coaching or mentoring pods
- Comfortable working across UK time zones
- Stable, long-term role with a prestigious mentoring & mastermind provider
- Results-based work, with clear responsibilities and scope to grow into sales management
- Regular feedback, performance-based progression and “office hours” with founders
- Trust-based culture: clear expectations, minimal micro-management
- Monthly income + commission paid in local currency via Wise or preferred method
- Comprehensive training on AI-driven custom sales platforms
