Sales Development Representative Opportunity!
About the Company
We’re currently representing a fast-growing Construction Technology scale-up transforming the way the construction industry operates. Their AI-driven platform uses site data and computer vision to give project teams complete visibility and control, helping some of the world’s largest contractors and developers deliver projects on time and on budget.
What You’ll Do
- Drive pipeline growth by sourcing, prospecting, and qualifying leads across construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
- Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to engage senior decision-makers (e.g., Project Directors, Innovation Leads, C-Suite)
- Book qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive team
- Research target accounts and tailor outreach to address their specific challenges
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and inbound lead follow-up
- Log activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on KPIs
- Act as the first point of contact to represent the company’s brand and value proposition
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, PropTech, or ConTech a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about construction technology and AI
- Resilient, persistent, and motivated to hit and exceed goals
- Team player with a positive, proactive mindset
