We're now expanding our Sales team and looking for a results-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our international client base. As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline: identifying, qualifying, and booking high-quality discovery calls with new prospective customers for the wider sales team. This role calls for a high-performance mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commercially driven attitude.

The role is remote but you'll need to be in the EMEA region.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential business customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to promote Altery’s product solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across international markets and target industries.
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for our Sales Executives.
- Stay informed on market trends and continuously grow your product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, update prospect information, and track outreach efforts in our CRM system (HubSpot).
What you’ll bring to us
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or commercial role, with a strong focus on outbound sales and at least 9 months in a cold-calling position.
- Proven success in outbound sales within specific markets.
- High proficiency in at least one major European language – ideally native-level – is a big plus.
- Experience working across global markets and handling high-volume sales, especially in international SMB/SME segments, is highly desirable.
- Background in financial services and payments products, particularly experience with Virtual IBANs, FX, and cross-border payments, is an advantage.
