Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate pipeline creation across key EMEA regions. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the first point of contact for enterprise prospects, engaging senior stakeholders in strategic conversations around data, automation, and generative AI.
This is a highly targeted, research-driven, and account-based sales role, focusing on Tier 1 and Global 2000 accounts. You’ll be responsible for mapping complex organizational structures, conducting deep account research, and building multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units. You will also support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and execute targeted sales plays—including legacy modernization, competitive displacement, and AI-driven initiatives—to drive meaningful engagement and pipeline growth.
The role offers a hybrid model, with two days per week expected in the office and the remainder remote. Occasional travel to the Paris office (3–4 times per year) is required, alongside regular collaboration with the wider EMEA team.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect into Tier 1 and Global 2000 enterprise accounts across French-speaking regions (90–150 accounts per quarter).
- Conduct deep account research to identify opportunities and inform tailored outreach and campaigns.
- Map complex organizational structures to uncover and engage new stakeholders.
- Build strong, multi-threaded relationships across business and IT teams.
- Execute targeted sales plays, with a focus on:
- Legacy modernization
- Competitive takeout (targeting tools like Mulesoft, Informatica, SAP, Talend)
- AI-driven initiatives aligned with customer goals
- Manage and respond to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and qualify inbound/outbound leads.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on ABM programs and provide feedback on messaging.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Mentor and support onboarding of new Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales Development (preferably SaaS, integration, data, or enterprise tech).
- Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success in enterprise prospecting, account mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Strong cold-calling, research, and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by a high-performance sales culture.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or selling complex, technical solutions into enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with integration platforms, automation, or generative AI.
