Our Client Founded in 2021 and already 27 people strong, our client has built a fast-growing consulting and SaaS business as a global partner Monday.com. They’ve recently secured a strategic investment from a major technology group, combining the speed and agility of a scale-up with the backing of an established enterprise. Already profitable with projected revenues of £2M this year and £4M next year , they have a strong presence in Europe and are preparing to launch in the US.
Their mission is to transform how organisations work through consulting, implementations, and a suite of best-selling apps on the Monday.com marketplace. This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable, scaling SaaS business with a clear 5-year global expansion plan.
What You’ll Get This is a key role within the sales team, working directly with senior leadership. The package is £35,000 base + ~£15,000 OTE (expected earnings £50k+), alongside private health insurance and additional employee perks. You’ll be working from a central London office 1–2 days a week, with flexibility. You’ll get the chance to sell into mid-market tech businesses and traditional enterprises going through digital transformation.
What You’ll Do Generate outbound pipeline Book business meetings Sell into UK & Ireland businesses (100–1,000 employees), across personas including Marketing, Project Management, Transformation, and Sales. Work closely with the wider sales team to refine talk tracks and help shape the sales playbook. Take ownership of your own pipeline and become a key part of the go-to-market engine.
What You’ll Need Proven sales background with a track record of overachievement. Comfortable cold calling and running multi-channel outreach. Experience working in a start-up or scaling SME environment. Grit, determination, and a growth mindset – you want to own and improve the sales process.
Nice to have: SaaS sales experience in CRM, Project Management, or Workflow tech. Exposure to selling into Marketing, Project Management, Construction, or Sales teams. Experience breaking into saturated or highly competitive markets.
