This fast-scaling, boutique business at the intersection of Fintech and Alternative Banking are looking for a hungry and driven SDR! Their clients include high-profile, influential organisations, and they pride themselves on an exclusive, service-driven approach. This is a chance to make an impact from day one and play a role in the company’s growth journey. What You’ll Do Make 30-50 cold calls daily, alongside targeted emails and LinkedIn outreach Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers Outbound prospecting, booking meetings and building relationships across film finance, film production and fintech Exposure to lots of client meetings, paid events, and consultative selling.
Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience booking meetings via phone, email and LinkedIn Service oriented and persuasive with the ability to engage decision makers Strong communication style, both verbal and written Confident, ambitious salesperson with a focus on driving new business
Career Path This role offers a clear path into an Account Executive position and the opportunity to grow within a rewarding and competitive industry: 0-6 months: Focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline development 6-12 months: Run demos and transition towards an Account Executive role Longer term: Lead SDRs and step into a closing position
