Attend conferences in a variety of locations Sales training for junior sales staff, Hire new sales professionals Review current team structure and headcount

Ideal profile Essential - Proven experience in B2C financial sales / alternative investments with experience working with HNW retail clients Essential - Track record managing a remote sales team with success. International work experience preferred. Middle East, Asia, Latin America.
