About eviFile:
eviFile is a leading SaaS provider for the construction industry, helping transform quality, safety and project assurance with innovative digital solutions. Our platform supports asset owners, contractors, and project teams to deliver better outcomes, faster and more reliably.
What we do:
We work seamlessly with our clients to deliver the digitalisation of projects and processes through;
- Intelligent configuration of our product
- Data, ML and AI solutions
Role Purpose:
As Sales Director at eviFile, you will drive the growth of our SaaS solution across the construction and built environment sectors. You will focus on strategic sales execution and will play a key role in supporting, coaching and mentoring our sector-specific Sales Development Representative. You will be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue targets, developing and executing customer-centric, value-based sales strategies and managing the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a robust sales plan targeting asset owners, site managers, quality assurance leads, project managers, tier 1 contractors and specialist contractors within the UK construction and wider built-environment sectors.
- Actively prospect, qualify and advance opportunities using a land-and-expand strategy.
- Scope and shape projects, understanding client requirements to align eviFile’s solutions to their business and operational objectives.
- Support, coach and mentor the construction-focused SDR to maximise pipeline development and opportunity conversion.
- Meet key sales metrics across the buyer-aligned sales process with a focus on conversion and win rates.
- Manage and own the preparation, review and submission of tender and bid documents, with an advantage if you hold APMP certification.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute vertically aligned messaging, campaigns and differentiated value propositions.
- Represent eviFile at industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events worldwide to build pipeline and strengthen brand presence.
- Conduct product demonstrations, value-led presentations and ROI discussions with client stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy and positioning.
- Accurately forecast and report on sales performance against targets, maintaining robust pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
- Embrace and execute a value-based, customer-centric sales methodology, ensuring eviFile is seen as a trusted partner, not just a vendor.
Key Requirements:
- Professional approach to partnerships with key organisations.
- Demonstrable experience selling SaaS solutions into the construction industry or built environment sector.
- Deep understanding of the construction ecosystem, including knowledge of how to sell into asset owners, main contractors, project managers and related decision-makers.
- Strong experience in complex, consultative and value-based sales processes with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, SDRs and technical teams to maximise deal success.
- Experience reviewing and responding to tender documents, with APMP certification highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the gravitas to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for client meetings, events and exhibitions.
- Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven, with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

diversity and inclusion. We truly believe that the best teams are diverse and inclusive and so we work hard to build this in to our recruitment strategies and then through everything we do at eviFile. If there are any additional support mechanisms that are required for any candidates throughout the interview process then please let us know.
