GTM Specialist Recruiter (EMEA & US) - AdTech / Digital Media / SAAS. This is a senior commercial role for someone who knows how to move markets, driving agency partnerships, developing high-value client relationships, and delivering innovative video-led strategies that drive measurable growth. You’ll lead from the front, blending strategic thinking with practical execution, building trust with senior stakeholders, navigating complex agency ecosystems, and inspiring confidence through your knowledge of CTV, programmatic, and digital video. You’ll also be part of a wider global community that values inclusion, collaboration, and creative ambition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the next stage of expansion by shaping strategy and taking ownership of revenue growth in the UK, Europe, and the US markets.
  • Develop and manage high-value relationships with agencies and senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive video-led strategies that combine data, creativity, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes, with a focus on CTV, programmatic, and digital video.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, measurement, and execution against advertiser objectives.
  • Represent the company externally, communicating compelling value propositions and influencing market direction.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Commercially driven sales leader with a passion for video, data, and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to move markets, build trust with senior stakeholders, and navigate complex agency ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of CTV, programmatic, and digital video advertising.
  • Ability to own strategy, influence decision-makers, and deliver innovative solutions that drive growth.
