We are working exclusively with a housebuilder coming off the back of a record‑breaking year, with bigger ambitions ahead.
With a clear five‑year business plan they are on track to double their unit output across the East & West Midlands and further into the South Midlands too.
But growth on this scale takes more than sites. It takes expertise, leadership and someone who thrives under the spotlight.
What you’ll do
- Lead and inspire a high‑performing field sales team.
- Deliver sales strategies aligned with land acquisition and business growth.
- Oversee land appraisal pricing, ensuring market insights shape decisions.
- Work with Marketing to create integrated, results‑driven campaigns.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts and budgets to senior leadership.
- Champion a five‑star customer experience at every stage.
- Coach and develop your team, building future leaders.
- Leverage CRM to optimise processes and customer engagement.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring professionalism and compliance.
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales leadership in housebuilding – minimum two years at a leading housebuilder at Sales Director level.
- Strong track record of leading field‑based teams to exceed targets.
- Expertise in land appraisal pricing and commercial decision‑making.
- Inspiring communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Collaborative, adaptable, confident driving change.
- Skilled in CRM and digital sales tools.
- Strategic thinker who leads from the front.
- Degree qualified (preferred) with industry experience.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
