We are looking for a senior Sales Director (individual contributor) to lead direct and agency sales with one of the fastest growing video / CTV ad tech vendors.

As Sales Director (UK), you’ll lead commercial growth by introducing the platform’s standout, high-impact branded advertising video media solutions to top-tier clients with a bespoke, curated approach.
Work closely with GM, EMEA to drive new business sales with a focus on top-of-funnel enterprise advertisers (CPG, Retail) and agencies
Represent the company at meetings, pitches, and industry events
Align with product, marketing, and strategy teams to fuel market adoption
Proven track record in selling brand advertising campaigns direct to advertisers
Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets within ad tech
Good relationships within the UK enterprise brand CPG / Retail ecosystem and ideally some agency sales experience
Strong presentation and communication skills, especially at the executive level
