We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our UK & Ireland Hydronic HVAC equipment sales team. This pivotal role involves managing and developing a team of outside sales professionals, driving commercial success through contractor and specification sales channels, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting using our CRM system.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outside sales professionals across the UK & Ireland.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Support specification sales by promoting our brand to consultants, designers, and specifiers in the building services industry.
Foster strong relationships with mechanical and building services contractors.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and effective use of CRM tools for pipeline and performance management.
Drive a high-performance culture through effective coaching, team development, and performance management.
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product management teams to support commercial initiatives.
Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the HVAC or building services industry.
Strong understanding of the contractor and consultant landscape in the UK & Ireland.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing successful sales teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong data reporting/forecasting capabilities.
Willingness to travel and utilize regional offices when required. IT literate with MS Office skills
