Sales Director | Remote |
Location: London
Oversee productivity, opportunity pipeline, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards.
Conduct weekly sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and quarterly progress evaluations with each team member.
Develop and execute strategic monthly and quarterly sales plans.
Support sales team in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Provide coaching and feedback to enhance the team’s sales skills, professional development, and overall effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
A hunter by nature with a demonstrable sales track record – from lead to close.
Experience in using sales methodology to win deals (MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing direct B2B sales, including net new technology sales.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Bonus points if you have:
Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM).
Three days in-office (with remote work on Mondays and Fridays).
