Sales Director | UK & EMEA | High-Growth SaaS Challenger

The role:

  • Lead, coach and develop a UK-based sales team
  • Own and drive UK & EMEA revenue performance
  • Build and execute a scalable SaaS sales strategy
  • Drive new business, renewals and expansion across key accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Success


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Sales Director / Senior Sales profile within SaaS
  • Substantial management and leadership experience within SaaS
  • Strong track record in subscription-based revenue models
  • Experience developing high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on commercially
  • Background in data, analytics or complex solution sales is highly advantageous


Location: Surrey (2/3 days per week in office)
