Sales Director - Scaling Gaming AdTech Business

We’re excited to be working exclusively with a scaling AdTech business, on the hunt for a Sales Director for their UK team.

HQ in Europe, the business is founded by industry leaders in gaming tech, and provides creative automation solutions that are delivered both programmatically and through direct buys.

They’re already working with leading advertisers such as L’Oreal, Netflix, Emirates, Puma, Netflix and Lego, and they’re partnered with top gaming publishers such as Voodoo, King, Supercell and Superplay.

This is a SaaS sell, typically sold on a 12 month license agreement, to Marketers and Creative Directors in the gaming and non gaming verticals.

With 60+ people globally, this is a second commercial hire in the UK, that will work closely with the CRO to successfully scale the business, selling their solution to advertisers direct.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in AdTech/MarTech/SaaS sales.
  • Established relationships with advertisers direct in the UK.
  • A hunter mindset, excited by the prospect of building a book of business from scratch, uncapped commission and the stock options on offer.
  • Strong ideas on how to make an immediate revenue impact.
  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding new business, partnerships and revenue targets.
