ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Director will drive successful sales within the identified regions (primarily UK and Europe), build long-lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s market presence and growth.

The Sales Director will be responsible for identifying and winning target accounts, successfully implementing the sales journey from outreach to commercial negotiation and agreement.

The role reports into the Chief Growth Officer and forms part of the broader Growth team, including pre-sales and marketing.

This is a crucial and exciting role as the primary sales lead in the UK and European regions, as Genasys looks to capitalise on strong recent success and continue its momentum as a rapidly scaling Insurtech.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced Sales Professional with 4 – 5 years of experience in B2B New Business Sales within the Insurance or InsurTech industry.

You have extensive experience working with CRM Systems and sales tools. You are experienced working with key sales methodologies.

·A deep knowledge of the Insurance industry

·Passionate about technology and innovation

·Resilience, tenaciousness and adaptability

·High levels of honesty, discretion and professionalism

·Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills

·Strong time management, organisation and multi-tasking skills
