Who are we recruiting for?

Our client is a leading, innovative, and fast-growing maritime AI company delivering cutting-edge solutions in risk, intelligence, and logistics. With a unique platform powered by advanced technology, they’re on a mission to reshape the energy and trading space. They’re now seeking a qualified, motivated, and determined Sales Director to accelerate growth across key enterprise accounts.

What will you be doing?

Lead strategic relationships with named enterprise customers in the energy and trading sectors
Develop and execute account penetration plans to expand platform adoption and displace incumbents
Collaborate with internal solution teams to uncover and deliver on customer needs
Drive joint planning efforts with clients to align on long-term objectives and success milestones
Represent the company at key industry events and webinars to stay ahead of market trends

Are you the ideal candidate?

Successful track record selling SaaS solutions into trading, maritime, or energy verticals
Experienced in managing complex enterprise sales cycles with global organisations
Inspired by innovation and able to translate insights into impactful customer conversations
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident influencing senior stakeholders
Open to travel and excited by high-impact, customer-facing work
