As Sales Director, you’ll sit at the heart of the commercial strategy — building on success and leading the sales function.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Own the national sales roadmap across trade and commercial channels to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage, motivate, and grow a team of Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to deliver results.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with major trade and commercial clients.
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align sales with broader business objectives.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, KPI tracking, and insightful sales reporting to the Board.
  • Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in a senior sales leadership role in the fenestration sector.
  • Deep understanding of the uPVC and aluminium window and door markets.
  • A strong network within the trade and/or commercial building sectors.
  • Experience managing and developing national sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
