About the Role

As our Sales Enablement Lead, you will be the driving force behind designing and building our sales enablement function. This is not a role focused on managing existing processes - it’s a strategic hire to architect and deliver a best-in-class enablement programme that empowers our sales teams to win in a fast-changing, highly competitive IT services market.

Reporting directly to the Office of the CTO, this high-impact role bridges technical innovation with commercial execution. You’ll work across a matrixed environment, collaborating closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical Directors, Product Managers and R&D to ensure our client-facing teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to represent our solutions with authority in a dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape.
