The Position

As a Solution Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical adviser to EXISTING customers, working alongside Account Executives, AM, Sales Engineers, and Implementation to demonstrate how the platform delivers measurable value to finance teams. You will design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, support RFP and RFI responses, and translate complex business requirements into effective software solutions.


The role offers a blend of customer engagement, technical expertise and commercial influence – ideal for someone who enjoys working across both business and technology functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and workshops addressing specific customer pain points
  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to shape solution design and technical strategy
  • Support RFP and RFI processes with accurate and well-presented technical responses
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to refine demos, collateral and messaging
  • Stay informed on FP&A trends, SaaS innovation and evolving customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain demo environments, training content and internal enablement tools


Required Experience

  • 3+ years in Project Managment, 3rd Line Support, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Implementation, Customer Success or Sales, within a SaaS or FinTech environment
  • Background in finance, accounting or FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting or consolidation is a huge bonus or nice to have
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior finance and business stakeholders
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear business value
  • Collaborative approach with a genuine interest in helping customers solve challenges through technology
