Sales & Events Executive - Immediate StartWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm or 10:30am–6:30pm, with flexibility to work one Saturday per month. One remote day per week included.
\nHourly rate: £14.00 - £17.00

\nThis is an incredibly exciting opportunity! A hands-on role for a Sales & Events Executive to join a fast-paced team within the hospitality sector, focusing on group reservations and private event bookings. This position involves managing a large volume of inbound enquiries, turning interest into confirmed business while delivering an outstanding customer journey from start to finish. Work with an incredible team in a varied and exciting role!
\nExperience with Collins/Design My Night CRM highly desirable. Success in this role requires a combination of commercial awareness, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be representing the business to a wide range of clients and must consistently deliver service that is engaging, personalised, and reliable.

\nKey Duties

  • Deliver agreed revenue goals by actively handling enquiries and securing bookings
  • \n\t
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of all available event packages, tailoring proposals to suit specific client requirements
  • \n\t
  • Ensure timely, well-informed follow-up on all new leads, in line with internal response time standards
  • \n\t
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client spend through effective upselling
  • \n\t
  • Accurately manage booking processes including advance orders, payments, and confirmations
  • \n\t
  • Re-establish contact with dormant clients and encourage repeat engagement
  • \n\t
  • Provide routine performance reports tracking activity and outcomes
  • \n\t
  • Represent the business at relevant networking functions, familiarisation events, and client meetups
  • \n\t
  • Offer occasional support to customer service functions when required
  • \n\t
  • Conversion improvement from enquiry to booking

  • Consistent outbound engagement

Who You Are
\nWe’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in Sales and Events or Bookings, ideally with CRM experience (Collins or Design My Night ideally!)
  • \n\t
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
  • \n\t
  • Brings a warm, enthusiastic attitude to the workplace
  • \n\t
  • Handles multiple priorities with structure and calm under pressure
  • \n\t
  • Has experience in sales within hospitality, events, or a similar field
  • \n\t
  • Enjoys relationship-building and creating standout guest experiences
  • \n\t
  • Shows initiative and a willingness to go beyond the brief
