We're looking for a Sales & Events Manager to join a vibrant team and take charge of driving and delivering exceptional private and corporate events at a cool East London venue a hybrid space combining an events venue, social entertainment space, and a buzzing bar. The Role As Sales & Events Manager , youll be the driving force behind event bookings and execution. Youll combine strategic sales skills with hands-on event management, taking clients from enquiry to post-party high-fives. Your day-to-day will include: Responding to event enquiries, conducting show rounds, and converting leads into bookings Creating bespoke event proposals and packages tailored to each client Planning events from start to finish, managing details like catering, entertainment, and timings Liaising with internal teams (bar, kitchen, operations) to ensure seamless delivery Being the face of the venue: meeting and greeting clients and guests on the event day Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building Maintaining our CRM and reporting on event performance Youll bring: Proven experience in sales, events, or hospitality management (preferably all three!)
