You'll earn a basic salary of £22,000 , with a realistic opportunity to earn well over £45,000 through our uncapped commission structure. You'll also benefit from a healthy work-life balance, working 40 hours across 5 shifts per week, which will include most Saturdays in, as it is our busiest sales day. We are closed on Sundays, so you would have that and another guaranteed day off during the week. What You'll Be Doing Guiding customers through a positive, pressure-free, and personalised vehicle buying experience. Sharing your passion for a diverse range of vehicles—including petrol, diesel, and electric models, and iconic designs like the Golf GTI. Supporting customers with care, clarity, and transparency from first enquiry to final handover.
