Farnborough (Hybrid: 2 days on-site after first month)
£15.69 per hour Full-time, 6-month contract

Vibe Recruit are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join a dynamic and supportive financial services team based in Farnborough. What you'll be doing

  • Delivering a high level of customer service via phone and email.
  • Owning and resolving queries quickly and professionally, ensuring full resolution.
  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Providing administrative and service support to the wider field team.
  • Using internal systems to log, track, and manage customer cases accurately.

What we're looking for

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is highly beneficial.
  • Office-based experience essential - financial services background a strong advantage.
  • Graduate applicants welcome - full training provided.
  • Computer literate, with confident communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, professional, and proactive with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
