As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in the nicotine industry (or a closely related sector such as pharmaceuticals, consumer health, or regulated products). The successful candidate will drive the growth of our regulatory and analytical services, particularly those related to the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD), Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR), and laboratory testing services.

This is a UK-based role with flexibility to work remotely, but monthly visits to our Liverpool headquarters are required for team integration and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the nicotine, vape, and novel tobacco sectors.

· Promote Inter Scientific’s compliance services (e.g. TPD/TRPR submissions, product notifications, toxicology assessments).

· Drive sales of our analytical laboratory services, including e-liquid, nicotine pouch, and emissions testing.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for both new and existing customers.

· Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as needed to build the sales pipeline.

· Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and support onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the technical and regulatory teams.

· Maintain accurate CRM records and report on KPIs and sales activity to the senior leadership team.

Requirements

· Proven sales experience within the nicotine industry (e.g. vape, pouches, tobacco) or similar regulated sectors (e.g. pharma, food supplements).

· Strong understanding of TPD/TRPR compliance requirements and/or laboratory services.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

· Willingness to travel within the UK and attend monthly meetings in Liverpool.

· Technical or regulatory background related to nicotine products or analytical testing.

· Existing network of contacts in the vape or nicotine pouch industry.

· Experience with CRM tools and B2B sales platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
