At Hired By Startups, we’re working with a high-growth luxury travel startup, backed by some of Europe’s leading entrepreneurs and VCs, to hire an Inbound Sales Executive. This business is on a mission to redefine how people book holiday homes, curating only the very best properties worldwide and connecting them with premium travellers. About the role

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will:

  • Respond to high volumes of inbound leads across live chat, phone, and email.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualify, analyse needs, propose solutions, handle objections, negotiate, and close.
  • Provide quotes and guide clients on homes, amenities, and locations.
  • Work with partners including travel agents, concierge services, and film/TV production companies.
  • Deliver a world-class service experience, building long-term client relationships.

This role will not include in-stay customer support or itinerary management - it’s focused purely on driving sales and creating lasting client impact.

About you

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you’ll have:

  • 1–2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Proven success in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages an advantage).
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of London, Paris, or Italy highly desirable.
  • Strong multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambition, positivity, and a genuine passion for travel.

You’ll excel if you’re motivated by sales targets, deliver exceptional service, and bring a “solutions over problems” mindset.
