This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for property and a proven track record in new homes sales. Your key objective will be to drive sales, exceed targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective buyers, providing expert advice and outstanding customer service.
Proactively generate and follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain the Marketing Suite and Show Homes to the highest presentation standards.
Conduct regular site visits, ensuring marketing materials and signage are up to date.
Monitor competitor activity and report market insights to the Sales Manager.
