Sales Executive - Security Solutions


Coleshill (B46) | £28,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits


Full-time | Monday to Friday | On-site

Our client are a trusted provider of Fire and Security related products including systems, alarms, extinguishers along with service and maintenance contracts to ensure their products are always in peak working condition, based in Coleshill. Part of a larger group the opportunities for career progression and development within this business is excellent!


We are now looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to help grow our client base and expand our footprint directly with end users who could be commercial business who owns or leases a workspace, or to facilities management companies, based within a 2 hour radius of Coleshill. Your main decision makers will be the likes of business owners, managing directors, Property Directors, Health & Safety Officers, so you will need to be confident and comfortable with dealing with individuals at this level. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships to play a key role in our continued success, who is looking for a fast tracked route in to B2B Field based sales with career progression opportunities within just12-18 months!


What You'll Do:


  • Develop and manage relationships with potential new customers, both over the phone and via Teams and face to face meetings.
  • Promote the clients full range of Fire and Security solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help drive revenue growth
  • Maintain and retain existing client accounts, once brought on.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders who will be pivotal to your success in your role.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility


What We're Looking For:


  • Prior experience in an OUTBOUND telephone based role, whether that be B2B or B2C focused.
  • Very open on industry but sectors that successful candidates have worked in are Insurance, Financial Services, Charity Fundraising, Recruitment and Car Sales.
  • Ability and motivation to work to strict KPI's which you will strive to hit and exceed.
  • Ability to work from Coleshill office 5 days per week
  • Aspirations to progress into field based sales role within 12-18 months
  • Persistent, Resilient, Confident, Natural Rapport Builder.
