I am working with an established leisure and hospitality estate set within over 300 acres of beautiful countryside, offering a unique mix of golf, fitness, dining, and event experiences. They are adding to the commercial team and are looking for a Weddings & Events Sales Executive to help grow the weddings, conferences, and private event business. What you'll be doing Proactively sell meeting and event spaces, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings to achieve revenue targets. Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to event delivery, ensuring every experience is memorable. Conduct site visits and show rounds for prospective clients and agents. Maximise every sales opportunity through effective up-selling and cross-selling of services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Respond promptly to enquiries from various online platforms. Focus areas include weddings, celebrations, wakes, conferences, and corporate events. About you Previous sales experience within a leisure, hospitality, or event setting is highly desirable. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. High standard of written English and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
