Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with a proven ability to engage clients and drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills English. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
We’re seeking a confident, UK-based sales agent to join us on a self-employed basis. You will be responsible for handling incoming leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales for our workwear products.
Duties
- Execute targeted telemarketing campaigns to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
- Drive measurable revenue growth by actively converting leads into clients and maximising upsell opportunities.
- Deliver results-oriented sales strategies, focusing on closing deals and exceeding performance targets
- Leverage CRM software to effectively manage client relationships, track sales progress, and report on key metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning relevant products/services.
- Engage in effective negotiations to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, contacts, and sales progress within CRM systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including sales targets, call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements
