About the Role: (Proficiency in Portuguese / Spanish is essential)

We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the remote team at Speak Up London, one of the UK’s leading English language schools.
This is the perfect role for someone who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, connect with people quickly, and close a deal — whether it’s over WhatsApp, call or email. You’ll be handling a constant flow of warm leads from across the world, helping students choose the right course, and guiding them through the enrolment process.
We’re looking for someone who’s hungry to hit targets and earn more - with a strong base salary and a monthly bonus scheme to reward high performance. You’ll be supported with full training and an experienced team.
Proficiency in Portuguese / Spanish is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Contact & Conversion
- Follow up with inbound leads (phone, WhatsApp, email) - guiding them towards booking a trial or enrolling directly.
- Work toward weekly and monthly KPIs for enrolments, response time, lead follow-up, and conversion - with full training provided.
Provide Amazing Customer Service
- Offer personalised advice about our courses, pricing, and study options - ensuring every student feels supported, heard, and confident in their choice.
- Track all leads and activity in Hubspot CRM - update call notes, follow-up tasks, and enrolment status clearly and consistently.
Keep Records Up to Date
- Maintain clean, accurate reports to help with internal visibility and keep your own workflow organised.
About You:
️ Previous sales or customer service experience - ideally in education
️ Great with people - friendly and confident speaking with students from all backgrounds
️ Target-driven - motivated to meet and exceed goals (with support!)
️ Organised - good with time management, follow-up, and tracking your pipeline
️ Comfortable using a CRM (Hubspot experience or similar)
️ A fast learner - someone who’s always looking to grow and improve
️ Need to be able to work UK hours
- Experience working with international students or in education sales
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting from $960 per month
- Discretionary bonus scheme (average $1,000 monthly)
