Job Summary:

Industrial Automation Integrators (IAI) is seeking a seasoned sales professional ready for an exciting change of pace. In this contract-to-hire or freelance role, you will play a critical part in developing client relationships and driving the sales cycle for cutting-edge automation solutions across a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective clients in a consultative sales capacity.
• Sell a wide range of automation solutions, including:
• Simple rack systems
• Conveyor automation and integration
• Software integration
• Robotics, AGV, and AMR systems
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts.
• Operate independently in a remote sales environment, with no territorial restrictions—our clients are nationwide, and so is your reach.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing, logistics, or industrial automation industry.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of making sound independent decisions.
• Comfortable and excited by the opportunity to solve complex problems in a startup-like environment.
• Ability to work remotely, including prolonged periods of computer-based work.
