Description St Austell Brewery is looking for a Field Sales Executives to join their expanding hybrid, on and off trade teams. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to support our sales efforts across both channels. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and brand awareness within both the on-trade and off-trade sectors. You will be responsible for building relationships with key customers, executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional service to drive results and achieve KPI’s. The role  would suit candidates able to cover the Devon and Dorset area. We are open to speaking to both experienced candidates, and those who love our beer and brands and are looking for their first move into a sales role. About you Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both on-trade (pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels) and off-trade (retailers and supermarkets) customers within the designated territory. Experience of implementing sales plans and promotional activities or relevant sales driving exposure. Driven and passionate about all St Austell Brewery stocking points in your geographical area focussing on distribution gains and profitable growth.
