Are you a driven, financially savvy salesperson looking to make a massive impact in a fast-growing FinTech/HRTech company?


One of Pareto's client is scaling up our global operations and we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive!


The Role:


This is a junior, hands-on, end-to-end sales role perfect for someone ready to own the entire deal cycle. You'll need to hit the ground running and will be responsible for everything from lead generation to closing deals to post sale and customer management.

Note: Our sales cycle can range from 3 months to 3 years, with deal sizes between £30k and £60k.



What We're Looking For


You should be a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to grow and learn in a tech-driven environment.


Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally from the Tech or Finance industries.

Education: A degree in Finance or Economics is highly preferred.

Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a proven track record of engaging with C-Suite executives.

Attributes: Proactive sales and business development approach, excellent prioritization and organizational skills, and an openness to constructive feedback.
