Join Our Team as Sales Team! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our efforts in promoting Ellen Kensington Hotel as a must-visit destination for both local and international guests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across all areas of the hotel, including Rooms, Events, Food & Beverage, and other services. Key Responsibilities: Proactively drive sales across both the corporate and leisure markets, with a strong focus on securing new corporate accounts and converting group business opportunities. Confidently plan and execute a variety of sales activities, including market research, telesales, client entertainment, hotel/site tours, and roadshows. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Ellen Kensington, effectively representing the unique offerings of each property to prospective clients. Provide accurate and timely weekly activity reports and contribute to monthly and annual business performance reviews. Assist the line manager with the coordination and execution of sales strategies, reporting, and day-to-day departmental operations. Take full ownership of maintaining well organised sales records, ensuring all client records, feedback, follow-ups, and appointments are up to date and well-organised.
