St Austell Brewery is looking for a Field Sales Executives to join their expanding hybrid, on and off trade teams. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to support our sales efforts across both channels.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and brand awareness within both the on-trade and off-trade sectors. You will be responsible for building relationships with key customers, executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional service to drive results and achieve KPI’s.

The role  would suit candidates able to cover the Devon and Dorset area.

We are open to speaking to both experienced candidates, and those who love our beer and brands and are looking for their first move into a sales role.

 About you

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both on-trade (pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels) and off-trade (retailers and supermarkets) customers within the designated territory.
  • Experience of implementing sales plans and promotional activities or relevant sales driving exposure.
  • Driven and passionate about all St Austell Brewery stocking points in your geographical area focussing on distribution gains and profitable growth.
  • Ability to nurture and develop new and existing relationships with stockists, routes to market and stores to drive rate of sale and availability.
  • Ability to manage time and conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs, provide product education, and secure orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives and the timely delivery of products.
  • A keen interest in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Experience of producing regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
